TinEye it’s a private beta search engine that’s search for images, but the cool part is that you don’t need write a search query, you just upload an image. During the search TinEye doesn’t use the file name or Meta tags to find the images, it’s creates a finger print for each image indexed based on the image pixels.

Here’s is the result for several images searches on TinEye.

Hoy decidí cambiar el diseño del blog por uno minimalista y que facilita la lectura. Este diseño está basado en el tema statement de Blog Oh Blog.

Lo voy a estar probando en los próximos días s a ver si hace falta alguna mejora.

{Heroes} Happens Here – Toronto

February 28th, 2008 | No Comments | Posted in Events, Software Development

VS2008Yesterday I assisted to the launch of Windows Server 2008, SQL Server 2008 and Visual Studio 2008. The event took place at the Direct Energy Centre with an approximated assistance of 4,000 peoples (this is for sure the biggest Microsoft launch I’ve been).

For the keynote we have a small introduction from Phil Sorgen (president of Microsoft Canada) and then Kevin Turner (COO of Microsoft) who gives really good keynote, because it was a mix between the speech and a demo.

The best new thing in this new version of Visual Studio is the ability to debug JavaScript, with the breakpoints, the watch and all you need. I think this is amazing. Windows Server 2008 it’s all about virtualized environments.
